Biography:
Over 20 years of experience focusing primarily on human resources management, however, her roles in direct "line" positions have contributed to her business understanding and business success focus. A Canadian Citizen, Gay has both worked and lived internationally.
In her corporate life Gay built HR departments from the ground up in Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. In addition, she was the lead region business partner and worked with a team of 11 HR professionals in multiple countries including Taiwan, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Australia. She has contributed to the bottom line from both strategic and tactical roles. A graduate of the University of Michigan, School of Business; Executive Human Resources Management program, her passion is leadership and organization alignment and development.
She continues to design Business Systems that sustain the organization's core values, culture and business strategy, and are focused on delivering results in small to mid-size busnesses. Specifically, her related experience includes a startup and a business unit spinoff:

- Compensation and stock option allocation plans based on performance and Leadership capability

She supported corporate functions (legal, IT, Marketing), the U.S. sales force and whole subsidiary teams (finance, sales, technical support, service and administration). Gay is V.P. Operations and founder of The PartnerFirm, Inc. and, among other PartnerFirm roles, is the Principle Business Advisor in the global organization development team.
