Tony and Mark Scutella, a dynamic Father and Son team provide their clients with effective and affordable strategies to grow their business, or careers and, at the same time, balance their lives. Mark is a graduate in Hospitality Management but his real experience comes from the school of hard knocks. He is a true businessman and spent over ten years in the hospitality industry owning and operating a restaurant/bar - and he knows how business can consume one's life. With the help of a business coach, Mark changed direction. Today he owns and manages two other businesses but his real focus is on servicing his coaching clients. Described by friends and business associates as a creative and caring problem solver, he is very well positioned to help his clients gain clarity and focus.
For over 35 years, Tony has worked with business owners, senior executives and managers, helping them to achieve their business and personal goals. His experience includes: Sales, Mergers and Acquisitions, Manufacturing, Growth, Labour Negotiations and Change Management. He holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management, and is certified to coach and lead clients through The Growth Coach Strategic Mindset® Process. Tony's compassion for others, strong family values, integrity, curiosity and humility are recognized and appreciated by those that he has touched in life. His son Mark is one of his true heroes in life.
