1. EntMent is a Not-For-Profit club, not a contract matchmaker, so we give unconditionally.
2. The club is free and voluntary, an Ent is never obliged to buy anything from a Ment or vice versa.
3. Ents rarely have spare cash, but occasionally an Ent offers a Ment a deferred income for providing specific services, e.g.:
   • Success fee -- pays $d if a+b+c happens, (funding can be one of the variables).
   • Contingency fee -- pays if project has favorable result, (don't forget, define favorable).
4. Ents who do get funding may retain Ments as interim-executives, or Advisory Board members.
5. Ments may fund Ents via private unsecured loan (both should sign their own private agreement).
6. Ments may fund Ents by purchasing a share of the Ent's company, (Ment buys some equity).
7. Ments may work for "sweat equity", (Ent pays x-shares and/or y% of company for z-daydownloadss effort).
8. Ents and Ments should carefully develop a relationship BEFORE they commit to ANYTHING.
9. All who join EntMent do so by agreeing to our Not-For-Profit Charter
10. Ments who join EntMent do so by agreeing to our Rules of Engagement
